25-year-old Ogdensburg man charged with criminal sex act
OGDENSBURG, NY — On the date of Aug. 11, 2018, the Ogdensburg Police Department opened an investigation into the complaint of a male on male sexual act.
On the date of Sept. 25, 2018, Jesse James Oakes, 25, of 1309 Knox Street, Ogdensburg, NY, was arrested for first-degree criminal sexual act NYSPL sec 130.50 Subd. 02 (“B” Felony).
Jesse J. Oakes was arraigned on Sept. 25 at Ogdensburg City Court and was released under the supervision of probation by the Honorable William Small.
