73-year-old Lowville man accused of forcibly touching four people

LOWVILLE, NYGlenn Beyer, 73, Lowville, was charged by Lowville police on Tuesday, Dec. 18, with four counts of forcible touching, a single count of sexual misconduct and a single count of second-degree harassment.

Police “received a complaint from four victims allegeing Mr. Beyer had forcibly touched them. One of the victims reported inappropriate sexual contact,” police said.

An order of protection was issued for each victim, police said.

He was arraigned in Lowville Village Court and released to the Lewis County Probation Department in a pre-trial release.
