The training will be conducted at the Gouverneur High School and Middle School campus. Community residents should expect to see officers from various law enforcement agencies conducting tactical maneuvers in and around the school building during this time.Â
The training is being conducted as part of an ongoing effort among local, state and federal law enforcement agencies to better prepare for a multi-agency response to an emergency at a public building involving one or more subject’s intent on harming a large number of people.
