WATERTOWN, NY — William F. Carrigan, 67, of 25 Avery Ave., Apt., 2, Alexandria Bay, was charged by Watertown police at 1:26 p.m. Wednesday, June 27, at 207 S. Hamilton St. with petit larceny.
Mr. Carrigan is accused of concealing a $30 metal pipe in his pocket and exited Abstract Glass, 144 Eastern Blvd., without attempting to pay at about 7:40 p.m. June 23, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear July 12 in City Court.
