Bronx man charged with driving while intoxicated in Clayton

CLAYTON, NY — Anthony A. McEachron, 40, Bronx, was charged by state police at 10:55 p.m. Saturday, July 21, on Graves Street in Clayton with driving while intoxicated and illegal signal less than 100 feet.

A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Troopers did not provide his BAC.

He is summoned to appear in Clayton Village Court at a later date.
