EVANS MILLS, NY — Carlene Ann Marie Gilchrist, infant daughter of Joseph and Carrie Hayes Gilchrist, passed away Saturday evening, June 23, 2018 at Crouse Hospital, Syracuse, NY. She was transferred to Syracuse earlier in the day from Carthage Area Hospital, where she was born.
Survivors include her parents; a brother, Joseph; paternal grandparents, Phillip and Ann Gilchrist, Evans Mills, NY; maternal grandparents, Tom and Wendy Hayes, Richville, NY; aunts, uncles and cousins.
Private services will be at the convenience of the family.
