CARTHAGE, NY — Christopher H. Paragon, 52, formerly of Carthage, died unexpectedly Saturday, Feb. 9, in Detroit, Michigan, where he has resided for the past year.
Funeral arrangements are tentatively set for March 2 at St. James Catholic Church in Carthage.
