WATERTOWN, NY — Cameron S. Paris, 28, of 523 Curtis St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:40 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, at his residence with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony.
Mr. Paris is accused of stealing $2,530 from Nieema S. Hinds, 21, of 510 Curtis St., when he received the deposit amount for a construction job and then over the course of approximately one month failed to start the work or refund the victim back her money.
He is summoned to appear Sept. 25 in City Court.
