Evans Mills man charged with criminal mischief after domestic incident, deputies say

EVANS MILLS, NY — Robert J. Dunleavy, 34, of 8750 N. Main St., Evans Mills, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 6:17 p.m. Monday, Jan. 28, at his residence with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony.

He is accused of damaging a bedroom door and several sheet rock walls belonging to his mother, Norma J. Dunleavy, during a domestic incident at about 6 p.m. Monday at her home, according to court documents.

He was arraigned in LeRay Town Court and released pending further court action, deputies said.
