WATERTOWN, NY — Flower Library is very excited to partner with the Watertown Parks and Recreation department and the Watertown Lowes with a grant from the North Country Library System and the sponsorship of the Northern New York Community Foundation, the LEAD Council of the Northern New York Community Foundation, and the Friends of the Flower Library in placing three Little Libraries at three city playgrounds.
The little libraries are located at the Portage Street, North Hamilton Street, and Academy Street playgrounds and are stocked with books for all ages throughout the summer and early fall.
