WATERTOWN, NY — Monica P. Pultz, 22, of 9601 Forsythe Loop, Apt. C, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 2:21 a.m. Sunday, July 29, in the 200 block of Washington Street with driving while intoxicated and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Police did not provide her BAC.
She is summoned to appear Aug. 15 in City Court.
