WATERTOWN, NY — Shacola D. Clay, 27, of 770 Oswego Ave., Apt. 213A, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 1:57 a.m. Friday, Jan. 18, outside Mick’s Place tavern, 204 Factory St., with disorderly conduct.
Ms. Clay is accused of refusing to disperse after being advised multiple times by police, according to court documents.
She was released to military custody and summoned to appear Feb. 6 in City Court.
