WATERTOWN, NY — Raymond P. Scroy, 23, of 20358 Bagram Road, Apt. 145A, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 2:22 a.m. Friday, Jan. 18, at 67 Public Square with disorderly conduct.
Mr. Scroy allegedly yelled, “I’ll f—ing kill you!” and then stood in the middle of traffic on the north side of Public Square continuing to yell loudly at about 2:21 a.m. Friday, police said.
He was released to military custody and summoned to appear Jan. 30 in City Court.
