WATERTOWN, NY — Kevin M. Mulholland, 28, of 8750 Main St. Rd., Apt. 312, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 1:22 a.m. Monday, Aug. 13, at Whistler’s Tavern, 107 Public Square, with disorderly conduct.
Police allege he refused to leave the scene of a vehicle stop and attempted to interfere with an investigation after being advised to leave the area on multiple occasions.
He was released to military custody and summoned to appear Aug. 22 in City Court.
