WATERTOWN, NY — Daniel T. Smith, 24, of 10522 5th Armored Div. Dr., Apt. 136, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 1:13 a.m. Sunday, March 3, at Whistler’s Tavern, 107 Public Square, with disorderly conduct.
Mr. Smith is accused of yelling and standing in an aggressive stance causing several bystanders to hold him back to prevent a fight, police said.
He was released to military custody and summoned to appear March 14 in City Court.
