Four men arrested after drug raid of Winslow Street apartment

WATERTOWN, NY — Members of the Metro-Jeff Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 332 Winslow St., Apt. 1, at 9:47 a.m. Thursday, June 21, and arrested four men for possessing 48.1 grams of cocaine, police said.

The following men are each charged with a single count of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony:

Calique T. Thomas, 21, of 205 Creekwood Dr., Apt. 1, Watertown

Ace Love Parks, 21, of 1452 N. 29th St., Apt. 2, Philadelphia, PA

Izell Agustus Marshall, 34, of 7840 S. Colfax St., Chicago, IL

Quarn Benard Johnson, 41, of 2301 S. 16th St., Apt. 2, Philadelphia, PA

Police said $399 in cash was also seized at the scene.

Detectives said an investigation of crack cocaine sales by a group of individuals from Philadelphia, PA, has been underway for several weeks.

The four men were arraigned at 3:45 p.m. Thursday before City Judge Anthony M. Neddo who sent each man to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with bail set at $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond each.

All four men are scheduled to appear for a hearing Friday morning in City Court.

The Metro-Jeff Drug Task Force was assisted by the Watertown Police SRT, K-9 and ID Units, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office SERT Team, NYSP CNET, and the property owner of the target location.

This is an on-going investigation, police said.

Additional arrests and charges are pending, police said.
