Terrence C. Perry, 26, Gouverneur, NY
Arrested @ 10:40 PM  for Operating a Motor Vehicle without an Interlock Device, first-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation (felony), Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated BAC 0.18 or Higher (Previous Conviction in the Past 10 Years –Felony), Driving While Intoxicated (Previous Conviction in the Past 10 Years –Felony). Defendant was found to be operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.18% and doing so with having a previous conviction for DWI in the past 10 years, police said. Defendant was also found to be driving such vehicle while having a revoked New York driver’s license for a previous alcohol related offense and was operating the vehicle without an interlock device. Defendant was issued uniform traffic ticket’s returnable to the Gouverneur Town Court.

Wayne C. Simmons, 39, Gouverneur, NY
Arrested @ 11:59 AM for third-degree buglary, Petit Larceny 2 counts, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th Degree, Conspiracy 4th Degree-Use person less than 16 and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. On 08/16/18 at approximately 7:05 pm the defendant used a child less than 16 years old to unlock the front door of 38 Dorwin Street Gouverneur, police said. The defendant and co-defendant, Samantha Law then stole a LG Washing Machine from inside 38 Dorwin Street that is owned by the victim, Judith Conklin, police said. The defendant then sold the stolen LG Washing Machine to a second victim, Daniel Latray for $75 on 08/19/18, police said.  Defendant was arraigned at the Gouverneur Town Court in front of Judge Dann on 12/03/18 at 2 pm and released under the supervision of probation and has a return date for Gouverneur Town Court.

Arrested @ 11:59 AM for third-degree burglary, Petit Larceny, fourth-degree conspiracy (felony) with child less than 16 and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. On 8/16/18 at approximately 7:05 pm the defendant used a child less than 16 years old to unlock the front door of 38 Dorwin Street Gouverneur, police said.  The defendant and co-defendant, Wayne Simmons, then stole a LG Washing Machine from inside 38 Dorwin Street that is owned by the victim, Judith Conklin, police said. Defendant was arraigned at the Gouverneur Town Court in front of Judge Dann on 12/03/18 at 2:15 PM and released under the supervision of probation and has a return date for Gouverneur Town Court.
