LOWVILLE, NY — Herbert E. Lamb Jr., 45, of State Route 26, Martinsburg, was charged by Lewis County sheriff’s deputies on Dec. 4 with three felony counts each of first-degree rape and third-degree incest.
“It is alleged Lamb engaged in sexual intercourse with a person without their consent during the months of August and September 2018 in the town of Martinsburg,” deputies wrote.
He was arraigned in Lowville Village Court and sent to the Lewis County Jail with bail set at $15,000 cash or $30,000 bond.
