Lowville man facing charge over fireworks

LOWVILLE, NYTrevor W. Halladay, 26, of Clinton Street, Lowville, was charged by Lewis County sheriff’s deputies at 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 25, with disorderly conduct.

“The arrest stems from an incident that occurred in the early morning hours of Feb. 17 when the Lewis County 911 center received multiple calls regarding possible shots fired in the area of Collins Street in the village of Lowville,” deputies wrote.

“Investigation revealed that Halladay had set off several fireworks which alarmed village residents,” deputies said.

He is summoned to appear in Lowville Village Court at a later date.
