Man accused of spray painting ex-girlfriend’s vehicle and house, slashing tires and cutting cable

CANTON, NY — On Aug. 16, 2018 Canton police arrested Jeffrey L. VanBrocklin for 2 counts of Criminal Contempt 2nd for violating an order of protection by being on the property of an ex-girlfriend. VanBrocklin was arraigned before Judge Morgan and sent to St. Lawrence County jail in lieu of $500.00 cash bail.

On Aug. 21, 2018 Jeffrey L. VanBrocklin was arrested by Canton Village Police for Criminal Contempt 2nd and Stalking 4th for allegedly sending text messages to an ex-girlfriend on Aug, 10, 2018 in the village of Canton, police said.

VanBrocklin was also arrested on Aug. 21, 2018 for 3 counts of Criminal Mischief 4th and stalking 4th for allegedly slashing two tires and cutting a cable at an ex-girlfriends’ residence on Aug. 12, 2018, police said.

VanBrocklin was also arrested on Aug. 21, 2018 for Criminal Mischief 2nd, a class D felony, for allegedly spray painting an ex-girlfriend’s vehicle and house on Aug, 14, 2018, police said.

VanBrocklin was arraigned in Canton Town Court before Judge Morgan and sent to County jail in lieu of $1,000.00 cash bail.
