WATERTOWN, NY — Ricky A. Ackerley, 33, of 1033 Gill St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:32 p.m. Saturday, June 16, at 136 Franklin St. with disorderly conduct.
He is accused of urinating against a wall next to the entrance of the Rio nightclub, 136 Franklin St., in full view of several pedestrians and motorists in the immediate area, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear June 27 in City Court.
