WATERTOWN, NY — Justin D. MacDonald, 22, of 117 N. Orchard St., Apt. 1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:36 p.m. Friday, Aug. 3, in the 100 block of N. Orchard Street with disorderly conduct.
He is accused of “engaging in violent, tumultuous or threatening behavior when he stood in a defensive stance clinching his fists towards another person causing others to push him backwards,” according to court documents.
He was being held on $100 police bail pending arraignment Aug. 4 in City Court.
