Man charged with disorderly conduct at Watertown tavern

WATERTOWN, NY — Mark D. Eastman, 48, of 110 Commerce Park Dr., Room 112, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:47 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9, at Whistler’s Tavern, 107 Public Square, with disorderly conduct.

Mr. Eastman is accused of “placing his feet in a fighting stance and clenched his fist while while pulling it back as if he was going to strike another male,” at about 9:47 p.m. Tuesday at the tavern, according to court documents.

He is summoned to appear Oct. 24 in City Court.
