NEW BREMEN, NY — Ryan M. Noftsier, 24, of 8306 Route 812, New Bremen, was arrested by Lewis County sheriff’s deputies at 4:16 a.m. Wednesday, May 2, following a domestic incident at his residence. “At the time, Noftsier was intoxicated and had just returned home from being involved in two separate incidents at Baker’s Grill and Fastrac in the village of Lowville. Noftsier was highly agitated and began arguing with relatives inside of the house and subsequently began destroying several pieces of property inside the residence which did not belong to him,” deputies wrote. He was charged with a single count of criminal mischief and arraigned in New Bremen Town Court. He was released after posting $250 cash bail.
