LACONA, NY — Nova E. Stuckey, 3-week-old daughter of Karleigh J. Stuckey of Lacona, NY, and Zachary Crews of Columbus, OH, died Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at Golisano Children’s Hospital in Syracuse due to an undetected heart defect.
There will be a private service at the Piddock Funeral Home, Adams.
A Celebration of Nova’s Life will be held at a later date.
In addition to her parents, Nova is survived by her maternal grandparents, Eric and Carmen Wilber, Lacona and James and Melissa Stuckey, Black River, her maternal great grandparents Juanita Stuckey, Mannsville and Carlton and Elaine Castor, Adams. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins and Nova’s godparents Carter Coffin, Adams Center and Torrie Edwards, Altmar.
Predeceasing her was a great-grandfather James Stuckey; great- great-grandparents, Jasper and Josephine Paddock; a great- great-grandmother Albertha Schumaker; and a great-aunt, Jill Stuckey.
In memory of Nova’s very short beautiful life, donations are requested made to Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital, One Children’s Circle, Syracuse, NY 13210.
