WATERTOWN, NY — State Police in Watertown is asking for the public’s assistance with locating the owner of a woman’s wedding ring that was found at Victoria’s Secret store located in the Salmon Run Mall in Watertown, N.Y.
The ring was originally found and turned over to mall officials in July of this year.
