Howard K. Maxon

ST. PETERSBURG, FL   —  H
oward K. Maxon, 81, died Sunday, March 3, in Florida. 

He was born May 30, 1931, the son of Howard and Laura S. Maxon Sr. in Fulton, N.Y. 

He married Shirley Denning in 1950. 

Howard’s career began with the U.S Air Force from 1950- 1954. He then went on to work in the Aero Space Engineering Program with NASA in Coco Beach, Fla. 

He was an early pioneer with cable television, where he owned and operated his own cable system in upstate New York in the Thousand Islands area from 1967 to 1988. 

He later moved with his wife to Key West Florida where he owned and operated Conch Electric Cars.

Howard lived his life to the fullest; he never missed a party and danced at every opportunity.

After numerous health complications, Howard passed away on March 3rd in St Petersburg Fl, with his son Patrick by his side.
He is also survived by two daughters Melody, and Michelle. He was preceded in death by his wife, brother and parents.
There will be a Celebration of Life planned for his family and close friends.
