Jeannine McDonald

DEXTER, N.Y.    Jeannine McDonald, 84, of E. Grove Street, passed away Tuesday, April 2, at Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown.

Miss McDonald was born Avon Jeannine on Jan. 13, 1929, in Watertown, a daughter of William and Avon McDonald. Miss McDonald lived with her parents, then with her Aunt Ida before entering Rome State School. In 1978, she moved to Jefferson Rehabilitation Center. 

She enjoyed crocheting, crossword puzzles and bingo.

Surviving are two sisters-in-law, Evangeline and Leigh; a nephew, Richard Kissell, and his wife, Anne, Watertown. 

Four brothers, Robert, Vernon, William and Raymond, and a sister, Regina, all died before her.

The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday, April 5, at the D.L. Calarco Funeral Home, Inc., with Rev. Leon Schilling officiating. An hour of calling will precede the service from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery.
