Ava R. Graveline

WATERTOWN, N.Y.  — 
Ava Riley Graveline, five-day-old infant, died Wednesday at Crouse Hospital, Syracuse, from complications at birth. 

A funeral service will be held 11:30 a.m. Saturday, May 10, at Brookside Cemetery with Rev. Joyce Woodcock of the First United Methodist Church, Watertown, and Rev. Jack Bushey of the New Life Fellowship Church, Beaver Falls, officiating. 

Calling hours will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 9, at the Cummings Funeral Home, 214 Sterling St., Watertown. 

Donations can be made in her memory to Nichole Vogel, 115 Phelps St., Watertown, NY 13601.

She was born May 2, 2008, in Watertown, daughter of Scott R. Graveline and Lindsay A. Bennett of Winthrop Street, Watertown. She was transferred to Crouse Hospital after birth complications.

Survivors, besides her parents, include a brother, Jonas Kerr; a sister, Genevieve Kerr; both of Evans Mills; her paternal grandparents, Robert D. and Carol A, Graveline, Watertown; her maternal grandmother, Vicki L. and James F. Backus, Harrisville; her maternal grandfather Michael J. Bennett, Watertown; her maternal great grandmother, Elizabeth Bennett, Lisbon; her maternal great grandparents, Thomas G. and Faith A. Rogers, Harrisville; and numerous paternal and maternal aunts, uncles, and cousins.
