WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  Lynne E. Busenthur, 69, Syracuse, and formerly of Watertown, died Tuesday, June 12, in Cortland. 

Private services will be held and arrangements are with Cummings Funeral Service, Inc., Watertown. 

Donations may be made to your local American Cancer Society. 

Among her survivors is her husband, Friedrich.
