— Joyce B. Johnson, 82, passed away Sunday morning, July 22, at Mercy Center of
Northern New York where she had been a resident for a year and a half.
Graveside services in Glenwood Cemetery will be at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are with Cummings Funeral Service, Inc., Watertown.
Mrs. Johnson was born in Montreal, Canada on Aug. 29, 1929, a daughter of William and Maude St. Maurice Adams. She moved to the
United States in 1958.
For many years she was a bartender at various establishments in Watertown.
She had been a member of Eagle's Aerie #782, but her favorite enjoyment was her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Surviving are two sons, Glenn W. McIntyre and Charles McIntyre, both of Watertown;
three daughters, Holly and Gary Booth, Tenn., and Linda and Richard Hayes and Charline Johnson, all of Watertown; 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren;
a sister, Shirley St. Maurice, Ottawa, Canada; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A son, Steven McIntyre, a daughter, Sue Beach, and 20 brothers and sisters,
all died before her.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations to Jefferson County SPCA, 25056 Water St., Watertown, NY 13601.
