Mr. Byington, 41, of 418 Arsenal St., died Thursday, Oct. 29, at University Hospital, Syracuse, of complications from a previous injury. He is survived by his mother, Bonnie Locy, Watertown; four brothers, Joe Locy, Carthage, Paul Locy, Watertown, Robert Locy, Pt. Pennisula, David Locy, Theresa; two sisters, Cathy Taylor, Black River and Lisa Locy, Watertown; a step-father, Paul Locy, Brownville; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A memorial service for
James A. Byington will be held 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3, at
the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home. Calling hours will be
from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. A reception
will be at the Black River American Legion following the
service.
