WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  The funeral for Nicky Blair, 29, will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at Reed & Benoit Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Three Mile Bay Cemetery. Calling hours are 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at the funeral home. An education fund will be established for her children in the near future. 

Mrs. Blair, N. Shore Road., Dexter, died Tuesday under the care of her family and Hospice of Jefferson County. 

Born Aug. 3, 1980, in Watertown, a daughter of Jeff Tibbles, Felts Mills, and Priscilla Chouinard Robinson, Watertown, she was raised by Lenny Way of Theresa.  

She married Morris Blair on July 26, 2008, and aided him in the operation of his business. 

Besides her parents and husband, she is survived by three sons, Jericho White, Gouverneur, Dakota Way and Wyatt Crump both of Dexter; step-children, Chelsea Goodman, Watertown, Wayne Blair and his girlfriend, Jessie Joe, Carthage, Dalton Blair, Dexter, Jonathan, Kelly and Caleb Brow, all of Antwerp; four step grandchildren, many nieces and nephews; three sisters, Miranda (Kevin) Bice, Antwerp, June Brown and Sarah Way, both of Watertown; step brothers and sisters, Lyndon Way, Danielle and Paul Bower, all of Theresa; and her best friend, Nina Smith.
