ADAMS CENTER, N.Y.  —  Tempest Suzie Winegard, infant daughter of Christopher and Jill Scott Winegard, Jefferson Court Circle, Adams Center, was still born Nov. 7 at Crouse Hospital, Syracuse.

Besides her parents, Tempest is survived by her big brother, Chevy, age 8. Her paternal grandmother, Patty Winegard, Syracuse; her maternal grandparents, Howard and Sue Scott, Rodman.
