WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  Timothy N. Otakie, 52, Baldwinsville, and formerly of Watertown, died Nov. 5 in Syracuse.

Born Nov. 22, 1959, in Watertown, a son of Edward J. and Laurice Eassa Otakie, he graduated from Watertown High School. 

Mr. Otakie worked in the food service industry at St. Josephs Hospital, Crouse Hospital and most recently at Loretto Nursing Home in Syracuse.

He loved music, collecting record albums and decorating his new home.

Surviving are a sister, Christine (Craig) Acheson; a niece, Jennifer Allen, all of Rochester. 

He was predeceased by his father, Edward, his mother, Laurice and brother Theodore. Tim also leaves behind many special Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends.

Calling hours will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, in the Parish Hall at Trinity Church with a service to follow at noon in the chapel. Burial will be in Brookside Cemetery. Please feel free to bring pictures or special mementos of Tim.
