HARRISVILLE, N.Y.   —  A celebration of life for Kasey Charles VanSant Orr, 4, of Marshey Road, will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, at Harrisville Methodist Church.

Kasey died unexpectedly Tuesday morning, Nov. 13, in the emergency room of the Carthage Area Hospital.

He was born May 12, 2008, in Carthage. He was adopted by Charles and Roxy VanSant Orr.

Kasey was enrolled in the pre-K program at Harrisville Central School.

He loved snuggling with Mom, working with daddy on whatever project it was. 

He enjoyed playing with his superhero toys, playing with his sisters, fishing and boating with family and cooking. 

He also liked to make new friends and spend time with family.

Surviving are his parents; three sisters, Sabrina Sue, Kayla Rose, both at home and Isabella Harney, Syracuse; his grandmothers, Jewell Orr, Hendersonville, N.C., and Sue VanSant, Harrisville; his maternal great-grandparents, Gloria and Red Dowling, Harrisville; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
