Dianne B. Lucas

WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —   Dianne B. Lucas, 65, of 679 S. Hamilton St., passed Monday, Dec. 24, at Samaritan Medical Center.

There will be no calling hours or funeral service.

A private burial will take place at the convenience of the family in Brookside Cemetery.

Born July 14, 1947, in Schenectady, a daughter of René and Maxine Maxham Berube, she graduated in 1965 from Malone High School and Jefferson Community College in 1967.

She married James A. Lucas of Watertown on June 24, 1967, at the Asbury United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Lucas was a homemaker and then worked on Fort Drum as a clerk in various offices for over 15 years.

She enjoyed gardening, fishing and spending the winters in the South.

Among her survivors are her husband, James A. Lucas, Watertown; a son, Carl W. Lucas, Miami, FL; a daughter and son in law, Christine and George Trojan, Dover, N.H.; two grandchildren, Abby and Teddy Trojan; a brother and siste-in-law, Robert and Sharon Berube, Laguna Niguel, Calif.; and her dog, Lady.

A brother, Howard Berube, died before her.
