Thomas
H. Barlow, 54, of 63 Madison St., Apt. 217, died Tuesday,
Dec. 25, at his home.
Born Aug. 28, 1958, in Carthage, a son of Harold Barlow and
the late Carol Belden, he graduated from Watertown High
School.
He was a Chef at Fort Drum for several years.
He married Sheryl Goodman in Carthage in 1999.
Surviving are his father, Harold; his wife, Gloria Barlow,
Carthage; several brothers and sisters, Diane Richardson,
Watertown, Bruce Barlow, High Park, Joanne Cook, Utica,
Brian Barlow, Carthage, Michael Barlow, Carthage, and
Jennifer Rubin, Virginia; two step-children, Justin
O’Shaughnessy, Carthage, and Carrie Pierce, Carthage; and
a step-grandchild, Jacob Pierce.
His mother, Carol Belden Barlow, and a step-grandchild,
Michael Pierce, both died before him.
Arrangements are being held privately in the Chapel at the
Lundy Funeral Home & Cremation Service Inc., 500 State
St., Carthage. Burial will also be private.
