WATERTOWN, NY    Scott W. Piche, 55, of Route 12, Watertown, NY, died Friday, Dec. 30, 2016, at his home under the care of Hospice of Jefferson County and surrounded by his family.

Born Sept. 3, 1961, in Watertown, the son of the late Robert and Marilyn Trainham Piche, he attended Watertown Schools and was self-employed as a contractor. 

He married Jennifer Fournier who he met on a blind date Feb. 20, 1996, and finally got married on Sept. 10, 2016.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Cleveland Funeral Home, Watertown.

Mr. Piche enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a fan of both the NY Giants and Mark Martin of NASCAR.

Surviving besides his wife are three sons and their companions; Adam Piche and Alisha Noecker, Henderson, Eric Piche and Jessica Shullette, Brownville, NY, and Zachary Piche and Aubrey Jenkins, Watertown; two step-children, Keri and Mark Merle, Watertown, and Nicholas Lehtonen, PA; five grandchildren; a sister, Jan Piche, Rochester, NY, a sister-in-law, Brenda Piche, Watertown, and several nieces and nephews.

A brother, Robert Piche,
died before him.

A funeral service will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2017, at Cleveland Funeral Home, 404 Sherman St, Watertown. Calling hours will precede the service from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday.
