On 5/18/18 at 10:56 a.m., a 16-year-old male residing in the City of Fulton was arrested based on a Family Court Warrant issued out of Oswego County. The male was arraigned in Family Court and transported to a secure detention facility in Freeville, NY and is scheduled to reappear in Family Court on 6/11/18.
On 5/18/18 at 3:16 p.m., Victor Rodriguez, 22, of 111 West Bridge Street, Oswego, NY and Ashley N. Feliciano, 29, of 16 East 5th Street, Oswego, NY were arrested for Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor following an incident at the Town of Granby Wal-Mart. Mr. Rodriguez and Ms. Feliciano are scheduled to answer the charge on 6/4/18 in the Town of Granby Court.
On 5/18/18 at 11:55 p.m., Bradley L. Boyden, 28, of 348 Lewis Rd., Constantia, NY was arrested for DWI; Operating MV with BAC .08 of 1% and Failure to Stop at STOP Sign following the investigation into a property damage accident that occurred in the Town of Palermo when he reportedly lost control of the 2013 Chevrolet pickup he was operating north on CR 33 and failed to stop at the intersection with CR 18 causing the vehicle to exit the roadway and strike a tree. Mr. Boyden is scheduled to answer the charges on 6/11/18 in the Town of Palermo Court.
On 5/18/18 at 11:40 p.m., Larry S. Biggs, 31, of 1646 CR 37, Apt. 1, West Monroe, NY was charged with AUO, 3rd degree; No License and No Head Lights following a traffic stop on East Ave. in the Village of Central Square. Mr. Biggs is scheduled to answer the charges on 6/6/18 in the Village of Central Square Court.
On 5/19/18 at 12:44 p.m., Myrul W. Bourgeois, 54, of 1311 Metott Rd., Camden, NY was operating a 2013 Ford northwest on CR 22 in the Town of Orwell, 2/10 mile north of Hogsback Rd., when he reportedly lost control causing the vehicle to exit the roadway and strike a sign. Mr. Bourgeois was issued a UTT for Speed not Reasonable.
On 5/19/18 at 3:43 p.m., Jessica M. Lopez, 33, of 2120 Mapes Ave., Apt. 2A, Bronx, NY was charged with AUO, 2nd degree and Speeding following a traffic stop on I81 in the Town of Hastings. Ms. Lopez was arraigned in the Town of Hastings Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $1,000 cash/bond with a return to T/O Hastings Court on 5/30/18.
On 5/20/18 at 3:55 a.m., Justin S. Carson, 26, of 58 Carson Dr., Oswego, NY was traveling west on SR 104 in the Town of Oswego operating a 2007 Nissan pickup when he reportedly attempted to turn the vehicle left into a driveway and missed the driveway then began backing the vehicle up causing it to collide with a 2016 Chevrolet pickup traveling east on SR 104 and being operated by Benjamin L. Greeney, 34, of 26 Perry Hill Rd., Oswego, NY. Mr. Greeney was transported by ambulance to Oswego Hospital. Mr. Carson was issued a UTT for Unsafe Backing.
