On 4/30/18 at 3:30 p.m., Ellysia L. Nier, 27, of 96 Hamilton Street, #14C, Oswego, NY was arrested based on a Family Court Warrant issued out of Oswego County. Ms. Nier was arraigned in Oswego County Family Court and remanded to OCJ in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond. Ms. Nier is scheduled to return on 5/3/18.
On 4/30/18 at 8:33 p.m., Mark J. Davis, 50, of 1660 Finches Corners Road, Martville, NY was arrested for AUO, second-degree, and Inadequate Muffler following a traffic stop on State Route 104 in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Davis was arraigned in the Town of Hannibal Court by Hon. Judge Beckwith Jr. and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond. Mr. Davis is scheduled to answer the charges in Town of Hannibal Court on 5/15/18.
On 4/30/18 at 10:33 p.m., Jason A. Doner, 43, homeless, was charged with AUO, second-degree and Failure to Dim Lights following a traffic stop on State Route 69 in the Town of Parish. Mr. Doner was arraigned in the Town of Parish Court by Hon. Judge Dayger and is scheduled to return to T/Parish Court on 5/8/18.
