Oswego Sheriff’s Office blotter June 11

OSWEGO, NY — The Oswego Sheriff’s Office released the following arrest information on June 11, 2018:

On 6/4/18 at 3:56 p.m., Curtis D. Foultz, 37, of 15065 King Rd., Sterling, NY was arrested for AUO, second-degree; Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident; Speeding; No License and Crossing Road Hazard Markings following a two vehicle mva at the intersection of Fulton Street and Auburn Street in the Town of Hannibal that occurred when he reportedly fell asleep causing him to lose control of the 2003 Dodge he was operating and collide with a 2010 Ford being operated by Janice E. Soper, 69, of 1631 Old State Rd., Sterling, NY.  Mr. Foultz is scheduled to answer the charges on 6/12/18 in the Town of Hannibal Court.

On 6/5/18 at 12:00 p.m., Laurie L. Stoutenger, 49, of 1644 CR 8, Fulton, NY was charged with Harassment, second-degree based on a Criminal Summons issued out of the Town of Granby Court.  Ms. Stoutenger is scheduled to answer the charge on 6/11/18 in the Town of Granby Court.

On 6/8/18 at 10:53 a.m., April L. Fortino, 27, of 9468 Chalkstone Course, Apt. 7C, Brewerton, NY was charged with AUO, third-degree and License Plate Violation following a traffic stop on SR 49 in the Village of Central Square.  Ms. Fortino is scheduled to answer the charges on 6/27/18 in the Village of Central Square Court.

On 6/9/18 at 12:09 a.m., Cassandra R. Draper, 25, of 1580 SR 69, Lot 11, West Monroe, NY was arrested for Aggravated DWI (with child), a class E felony; DWI; Operating MV with BAC .08 of 1% and Crossing Road Hazard Markings following a traffic stop on SR 104 in the Town of Scriba.  Ms. Draper was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond with a return to court on 6/14/18.

On 6/9/18 at 3:01 p.m., a 16-year-old male residing in the Town of New Haven was charged with 2 counts of Menacing, third-degree, a class B misdemeanor; 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor and Harassment, second-degree following a domestic incident in the Town of New Haven where he allegedly punched one victim and kicked another one.  The male was arraigned in the Town of New Haven Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $100 cash or $500 bond with a return to court on 6/21/18.

On 6/9/18 at 9:10 p.m., Robert S. Hall II, 25, of 540 Peat Bed Rd., Hannibal, NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor following a domestic dispute in the Town of Hannibal where he allegedly damaged two televisions.  Mr. Hall was arraigned in the Town of Hannibal Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond with a return to court 7/17/18.

On 6/9/18 at 11:11 p.m., Thomas M. Groth, 43, of 39 Morey Rd., West Monroe, NY was arrested for Felony DWI; AUO, first-degree(alcohol) (14 x with 9 on 4 dates), a class E felony; Operating MV with BAC .08 of 1%, a class E felony(prior); Circumvention of Interlock System-Operating w/o Device, a class A misdemeanor; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree; Failure to Obey Police Officer; No License and Insufficient Tail Lamps following a traffic stop on Blount Rd. in the Town of Hastings stemming from the investigation into a mva in the Town of Palermo where he allegedly left the scene.  Mr. Groth was arraigned in the Town of Palermo Court and remanded to the OCJ held without bail. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Hastings Court on 6/13/18.

On 6/10/18 at 12:32 a.m., David Merritt, 32, of 121 Lyons Street, Fulton, NY was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, third-degree, a class A misdemeanor following the investigation into an incident that occurred in the Town of Sandy Creek on May 18, 2018 when he failed to return a vehicle that he asked to borrow.  Mr. Merritt is scheduled to answer the charge on 6/28/18 in the Town of Sandy Creek Court.

On 6/10/18 at 7:03 p.m., Joshua D. Gaffey, 27, of 145 SR 104, Williamstown, NY was charged with Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor following the investigation into an incident that occurred at the Village of Central Square Wal-Mart.  Mr. Gaffey is scheduled to answer the charge on 6/27/18 in the Village of Central Square Court.

On 6/10/18 at 11:32 p.m., John F. Millage, 48, of 891 Towne Rd., Pulaski, NY was arrested for DWI and Operating MV with BAC .08 of 1%, both misdemeanors following a traffic stop on Towne Rd. in the Town of Richland.  Mr. Millage is scheduled to answer the charges on 6/20/18 in the Town of Richland Court.
