On 5/8/18 at 4:30 p.m., Leighton E. Reynnells, 19, of 68 Somers Dr., Fulton, NY was arrested for Attempted Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor following an incident in the City of Fulton where she allegedly attempted to communicate with the victim of which has an active order of protection filed against her by sending a letter to a family member’s residence. Ms. Reynnells is scheduled to answer the charge on 5/17/18 in the City of Fulton Court.
On 5/11/18 at 9:06 a.m., Derick W. Powell, 21, of 37 Potter Rd., West Monroe, NY was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Powell was arraigned in the City of Oswego Court by Hon. Judge Metcalf.
On 5/11/18 at 2:55 p.m., Tosha L. Murray, 39, of 1114 Bronson St., Watertown, NY was charged with AUO, 3rd degree; Operating MV w/o Inspection Certificate and Obstructed Vision following a traffic stop on I81 south in the Town of Parish. Ms. Murray is scheduled to answer the charges on 5/22/18 in the Town of Parish Court.
On 5/11/18 at 4:02 p.m., Dylan J. Korthas, 19, of 20 Scotch Grove Rd., Pulaski, NY was charged with AUO, 3rd degree following a traffic stop on SR 13 in the Town of Albion. Mr. Korthas is scheduled to answer the charge on 5/21/18 in the Town of Albion Court.
On 5/11/18 at 5:49 p.m., Michael C. Bradstreet, 29, of 1100 Emery Street, Apt. 210, Fulton, NY was charged with AUO, 3rd degree; Unlawful Possession of Marihuana; Operating MV w/o Inspection Certificate and License Plate Violation following a traffic stop on Main Street in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Bradstreet is scheduled to answer the charges on 5/29/18 in the Town of Mexico Court.
On 5/11/18 at 9:44 p.m., Sarah L. Babcock, 39, of 245 SR 69, Williamstown, NY was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor stemming from the investigation into an incident that occurred on 5/8/18 in the Town of Parish where she allegedly kicked the victim. Ms. Babcock is scheduled to answer the charge on 6/12/18 in the Town of Parish Court.
On 5/12/18 at 11:07 a.m., Michael J. Burton Jr., 27, of 26 Adrian Circle, Constantia, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor following the investigation into an incident that occurred on 4/24/18 in the Town of Constantia where he allegedly stole tools out of the victim’s garage. Mr. Burton is scheduled to answer the charges on 6/11/18 in the Town of Constantia Court.
On 5/13/18 at 5:38 p.m., Jason A. Hemingway, 31, of 29 North St., Apt. B, Mexico, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo Court. Mr. Hemingway was arraigned in the Town of Palermo Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond with a return to court on 5/14/18.
On 5/13/18 at 7:35 p.m., Wayne L. Halliburton, 21, of 94 Delano Street, Bldg. 1, Apt. 2, Pulaski, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square Court. Mr. Halliburton was arraigned in the Village of Central Square Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond with a return to court on 6/6/18.
