Oswego Sheriff’s Office blotter May 9

On 5/8/18 at 10:00 a.m., Ronald C. Canfield Jr., 29, of 7 Birch Lane, Bldg. 30, Apt. B, Oswego, NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief, fourth-degree, a class A misdemeanor following an incident in the Town of Scriba where he allegedly damaged a piece of equipment owned by the Oswego County Probation Dept.  Mr. Canfield is scheduled to answer the charge on 5/17/18 in the Town of Scriba Court.

On 5/8/18 at 4:12 p.m., Breanna N. Sherman, 22, of 314 SR 104B, Mexico, NY was operating a 2010 Chevrolet east on SR 104 in the Town of Parish and attempting to make a left-hand turn onto the I81 northbound ramp when the vehicle reportedly collided with a 2014 Nissan traveling west on SR 104 and being operated by Angela M. Skellington-Bice, 42, of 866 CR 30, Altmar, NY. Ms. Skellington-Bice and a passenger, Charles Skellington, 13 were both transported by ambulance to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse. Ms. Sherman was issued a UTT for Failure to Yield the Right of Way.

On 5/9/18 at 1:07 a.m., Karen M. Hall, 40, of 1566 CR 6, Fulton, NY was arrested for DWI; Operating MV with BAC .08 of 1%; AUO, third-degree; Drinking Alcohol in MV on Highway and Speeding following a traffic stop on SR 264 in the Town of Palermo. Ms. Hall is scheduled to answer the charges on 5/14/18 in the Town of Palermo Court.
