FISHERS LANDING, NY — Phyllis T. Heberger, 82, of Fishers Landing, NY, passed away peacefully Friday, July 6, at her home with her family by her side.
Born Jan. 12, 1936, in Rochester, NY, the daughter of Harold K. and Edna E. Bansbach Trost, she graduated from West Irondequoit High school and then received her diploma from Rochester Business Institute.
She married Kenneth Heberger on Aug. 10, 1957, in Rochester, NY and became a homemaker. Mr. Heberger passed away Aug. 31, 2014.
Phyllis is survived by her son James K. (Deanna) Heberger, Evans Mills, NY; her daughter Nancy A. Heberger, Alexandria Bay; two grandchildren; one great-grandson; and her sister Judith L.Trost, Rochester, NY.
Calling hours will be held 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 10, at Costello Funeral Home, Alexandria Bay. A memorial service will begin at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. The family asks that visitors not wear any perfumes or cologne to the services, due to a family member’s allergy to either.
