Watertown Police Department:
Cedric E. Woods, 31, of 207 Wealtha Ave., Apt. 635B, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:13 a.m. Saturday, June 9, in the 200 block of Arsenal Street with driving while intoxicated, speeding, unsafe lane change and driving without a license. His blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. He is summoned to appear June 27 in City Court.
Brian K. Denehy, 47, of 400 Brainard St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:38 p.m. Friday, June 8, at his residence with second-degree harassment and two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief. He is accused of throws a plastic dinner plate and a jewelry box causing both to break during a domestic incident at about 10:55 p.m. Friday at his home, according to court documents. The items total value was listed at $139.50. He also allegedly punched her right knee and right wrist, and pulled down the landline phone after she stated she was going to call 9-1-1 for emergency assistance, police said. He was held for arraignment Saturday morning in City Court.
Bradley J. Streeter, 27, of Budget Inn, 19226 Route 11, room 1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:51 p.m. Friday, June 8, at his residence with petit larceny. He is accused of stealing a pair of Sony headphones, an 8-pack of Energizer ultimate lithium batteries and two Sony 64 GB memory cards totaling $174.96 when he took the items out of packages, placed them in his pocket and exited Kinney Drugs, 1328 Washington St., without attempting to pay at about 5:10 p.m. Friday, police said. He was additionally charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police said he possessed 20 Alprazolam pills. He was being held on $500 police bail pending arraignment Saturday morning in City Court.
Bethany E. Schroeder, 27, of 1620 Huntington St., Apt. H6, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:47 a.m. June 6 at her residence with endangering the welfare of a child. She is accused of leaving two female children, ages 5 and two-months-old, unattended in her apartment for at least 45 minutes at about 1:00 a.m. June 6, according documents. “The defendant appeared to be under the influence of an unknown narcotic leaving her in a condition unable to care for the children,” police wrote. She is summoned to appear June 20 in City Court.
Angelina M. Johnson, 24, of 411 W. Mullin St., Apt. 1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:59 a.m. Sunday, June 10, at her residence with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child. She is accused of biting a 22-year-old man causing several open wounds during a domestic incident at about 2:57 a.m. Sunday at her residence, police said. She also allegedly “pushed a caregiver while they were hold a 2-month-old child in their arms,” police wrote. Mrs. Johnson is additionally accused of throwing a dumbbell at the hood and windshield at a 2010 Dodge belonging to Lillian Andrews causing damage exceeding $250 at about 2:45 a.m. Sunday at 411 W. Mullin St., police said. She was being held pending arraignment Sunday morning in City Court.
Ashley M. Galan, 24, of 2527 Alexandria Meadows, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 6:29 p.m. Sunday, June 10, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with endangering the welfare of a child. She is accused of leaving a 3-year-old girl unattended for an undisclosed amount of time which allowed the child to wake up and exit the residence, police said. She is summoned to appear June 27 in City Court.
Ryan A. Barbosa, 23, of 1204 Superior St., Apt. H9, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:18 p.m. Saturday, June 9, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with second-degree criminal contempt. He is accused of violating the terms of a City Court order of protection when he was found at the residence of the protected party, Nichole Ives, at about 7:24 p.m. June 5 at 1204 Superior St., police said.
Trevor J. Skeldon, 22, of 1526 Washington St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 9, in the 1100 block of Holcomb Street with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unsafe lane change. He is summoned to appear June 26 in City Court.
Isabelle R. Grandinetti, 20, of 24 Crossman St., Apt. C, Alexandria Bay, was charged by Watertown police at 11:25 a.m. Friday, June 8, at 595 W. Main St. with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unsafe backing following a minor accident. She allegedly backed into a parked and occupied pickup truck belonging to Debra J. Jenness, Dexter, and struck it in the right rear at about 11 a.m. Friday, according to an accident report. No injuries were reported. She is summoned to appear June 26 in City Court.
Joshua D. Hess, 36, of 1429 Gill St., Apt. 434B, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:11 p.m. Monday, June 8, in the 400 block of Factory Street with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He is summoned to appear June 22 in City Court.
Margaret E. LaLone, 32, of 24 Emerson Place, Apt. 2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:32 p.m. Sunday, June 10, in the 1000 block of State Street with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no inspection. She is summoned to appear June 27 in City Court.
Mark A. Bice, 30, of 135 Bishop St., Watertown, was arrested at 7:49 p.m. Friday, June 8, at 1330 Washington St. on a bench warrant, according to the Watertown Police Department. He was held for arraignment in City Court.
Rudolph S. Fetus, 24, of 26090 Red Tail Lane, Evans Mills, was charged by Watertown police at 12:20 a.m. Sunday, June 10, in the 500 block of Newell Street with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving on a suspended registration, a license plate display violation and a headlamp violation. He is ordered to appear June 20 in City Court.
