Watertown Police Department:

Teyra A. Austin, 19, of 263 State St., apt. 204, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:26 p.m. Friday, May 25, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with reckless driving, endangering the welfare of a child, unsafe lane change, imprudent speed and improper passing. Ms. Austin is accused of driving a white Dodge Durango recklessly during a road rage incident while having a 16-month-old boy and a 3-month-old girl as passengers which results in a traffic accident involving another vehicle and property at about 10:17 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, at Taco Bell, 945 Arsenal St., according to court documents. She is summoned to appear June 20 in City Court.

Renee K. Rink, 21, of 118 Court st., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:42 a.m. Saturday, May 26, at 204 Factory St. with disorderly conduct. She is accused of engaging in a physical altercation with another females outside Mick’s Place tavern when she threatened and struck the other woman, police said. She is summoned to appear June 13 in City Court.

Latasha D. Lacey, 26, of 283 State St., Apt. 311, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:37 p.m. Saturday, May 26 at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with selling alcoholic beverages without a liquor license. She is accused of selling alcoholic beverages to patrons while working as a bartender at Beanie’s Sports Lounge, 65 Public Square, at about 10:34 p.m. on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, according to court documents. She was held for arraignment Sunday morning in Town of Watertown Court and then released on her own recognizance.

Justin M. Adair, 23, of 118 County Highway 114, St. Johnsville, NY, was charged by Watertown police at 1:147 a.m. Saturday, May 26, in the 700 block of Arsenal Street with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and insufficient tail lamps. He is ordered to appear June 21 in City Court.

Colby W. Hesselbacher, 21, of 1815 Olmsted Dr., Apt. 227C, Watertown, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. Saturday, May 26, at his residence on a bench warrant, according to the Watertown Police Department. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Sunday morning in Town of Watertown Court.

Danny W. Hussey, 41, of 103 N. Orchard St., Apt. 1, Watertown, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. Saturday, May 25, at his residence on a violation of probation warrant, according to the Watertown Police Department. He was turned over to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.

Peter G. Hatch, 36, Watertown, was charged by state police at 2:04 a.m. Saturday, May 26, on Pearl Street in Watertown with driving while intoxicated and exhaust violation. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Troopers did not provide his BAC. He is summoned to appear in City Court.

Zachary M. Ramsey, 25, LaFargeville, was charged by state police at 1:25 a.m. Saturday, May 26, on Route 411 in the town of Theresa with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, unsafe lane change and not wearing a seat belt. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Troopers did not provide his BAC. He is summoned to appear in Theresa Town Court.

Sylvia W. Mayo, 51, Adams, was charged by state police at 10:48 p.m. Friday, May 25, on Route 11 in the town of Adams with driving while intoxicated. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Troopers did not provide her BAC. She is summoned to appear in Adams Town Court.

Samantha K. Pitts, 31, Star Lake, was charged by state police at 1:45 a.m. Saturday, May 26, on School Street in the town of Fine with driving while intoxicated and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Troopers did not provide her BAC. She is summoned to appear in Fine Town Court.

Johnathan Adames, 26, Watertown, was charged by state police at 11:16 a.m. Friday, May 25, at the barracks in Pamelia with two counts of first-degree possession of dangerous contraband in a prison in connection and a single count of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell,with an incident reported May 18 at the Watertown Correctional Facility.

Paul L. Cunningham, 62, Antwerp, was charged by state police at 3:00 p.m. Friday, May 25, with second-degree criminal contempt. He is summoned to appear in Antwerp Town Court.
