LOWVILLE, N.Y. —   The Lewis County Sheriff's Dept. Snowmobile Patrol issued 13 park and recreation summonses: 3 unregistered, 4 uninsured, 2 imprudent speed, 2 operation on a closed road, and 2 for failure to keep right.

• David M. Capponi, 20, Huntingdon, Pa., imprudent speed, failure to keep right, unregistered, Trail C8A


  Town of Montague  

• Lincoln C. Franchell, 47, Utica, uninsured, Parked Rd.

• Gary W. Kingsley, 29, Chadwicks, N.Y., uninsured, unregistered, Parked Rd.

• Paul Schram, 30, New Hartford, imprudent speed, uninsured, Parker Rd.

• Thomas J. Moquin, 39, Brisotl, Conn., failure to keep right, Horace Forward Truck Trail



  Town of West Turin  

• Andrew R. Garrett, 36, Landenberk, Pa., operation on closed road, Highmarket Rd.

• Roger C. Summers, 38, Kennett Square, Pa., operation on closed road, Highmarket Rd.
