FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 11, MEDIA RELEASE:

On 2/11/11 at 12:06 a.m., John P. McGillicuddy, 38, of 374 US Rt. 11 Central Square, was arrested for Burglary, second-degree, a class C felony; Criminal Mischief, third-degree, a class E felony; Assault, third-degree, a class A misdemeanor; Menacing, third-degree, a class B misdemeanor and Criminal Trespass, second-degree, a class A misdemeanor following the investigation into an incident at a Town of Hastings residence where he allegedly broke into the residence after throwing a hub cap through a window and then threw a punch with a closed fist at one of the occupants of the residence while screaming “ I’m going to kill you”. Mr. McGillicuddy was arraigned in the Town of Hastings Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000.00 cash bail with a return to court date of 2/15/11. 

On 2/3/11 at 7:22 a.m., Kristine L. Lebaudy, 38, of 944 County Rt 53, Oswego, was operating a 2004 Audi,  backing out of a driveway onto CR 57 in the Town of Volney, 100 ft. south of Howard Rd., when her vehicle reportedly collided with a 1992 Chrysler on the rear passenger side of the Chrysler.  The driver of the Chrysler, Nathan S. Hollis, 46, of 5002 N. Jefferson St., Pulaski, was taken by ambulance to Oswego Hospital.   

On 2/9/11 at 2:04 p.m., Sean E. Ballard, 48, of 91 Bateman Rd., Fulton, was arrested for AUO, 3rd degree (suspended on 6/11/10 for Failure to Pay Child Support) and Speed Exceeding 55 mph following a traffic stop on CR 6 in the Town of Volney after patrol’s radar confirmed the speed.  Mr. Ballard was released on UTT’s, returnable to the T/O Volney Court on 2/18/11. 

On 2/9/11 at 7:35 p.m., Jessica L Goodwin, 23, of 52 Kellogg Rd., Hannibal, was arrested for AUO, third-degree (2 Failure to Answer Summons in T/O Granby on 10/30/10, Failure to Answer Summons in T/O Granby on10/29/10) and Following Too Closely stemming from the investigation into a 2 vehicle mva that occurred on Hannibal St. in the Town of Granby, 500 ft. east of Chase Rd., when an uninvolved vehicle backed into the roadway causing the driver of a 2003 Dodge pickup, Steven G. Cooper, 60, of 910 County Rt 7, Hannibal, to suddenly stop and his vehicle rear ended by Ms. Goodwin’s vehicle due to the fact that she allegedly pressed the clutch instead of the brakes. Ms. Goodwin was taken by ambulance to Oswego Hospital. Slippery pavement seems to have been a contributing factor. 

On 2/10/11 at 1:36 p.m., Kimberly A. Bean, 23, of 1085 State Route 176, Apt 1, Fulton, was arrested for AUO, third-degree (suspended on 11/2/10 for Failure to Pay Driver Assessment Fee) following a disabled vehicle complaint at the intersection of Millard Bassett Rd. and SR 48 in the town of Granby. Ms. Bean was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Granby Court on 2/28/11. 

On 2/10/11 at 1:22 a.m., Brandon E. Trexler, 24, of 4975 PO Box 703, Brewerton, was arrested for AUO, third-degree (registration expired 4/11/10, license suspended on 1/27/11 for Failure to Answer Summons in T/O Albion) and Operating an Unregistered Vehicle after patrol spotted his vehicle off the roadway on US Rt 11 near Maltby Rd. in the Town of Richland. Mr. Trexler was issued UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Richland Court on 2/28/11. 

On 2/10/11 at 6:22 p.m., Nicholas S. Matott, 24, of 117 West Oneida Street, Oswego, was arrested for AUO, third-degree (suspended on 3/9/10 for Failure to Answer Summons in T/O Minetto) and Traffic Device Violation following a traffic stop on Bridge Street in the City of Oswego. Mr. Matott was released on UTT’s, returnable to the Oswego City Court on 2/24/11. 

On 2/10/11 at 12:19 p.m., Sheila M. Weldin, 44, of 385 Fulton Street, Hannibal, was operating a 2000 Chrysler van east on SR 104 and when reportedly entering the intersection with Sweet Rd. rear ended a 1999 Pontiac being operated by Ashlee E. Mein, 22, of 14844 State Route 104, Martville, NY which was stopped.  Ms. Weldin was issued UTT’s for No Inspection Certificate and Speeding Not Reasonable and Prudent. 

 

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 10, MEDIA RELEASE:

On 2/3/11 at 1:19 p.m., Henry J. Bonnie, 69, of 87 South 11th St., Fulton, NY was operating a 2006 Dodge pickup in the parking lot of  Walmart in the Town of Granby and reportedly backed into a 2006 Dodge parked and unattended, registered to Tod P. Gibson, 67, of 702 Seward St., Fulton, NY.  Mr. Bonnie was issued a UTT for Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident. 

On 2/6/11 at 2:30 am., a 12 year old male and his parent were issued a Juvenile Appearance ticket for a charge, which if charged as an adult would constitute the charge of Menacing, 3rd degree, stemming from an incident which took place at a Town of Hastings residence where he allegedly raised a knife up to the victim in a threatening manner during a domestic dispute.  The male and his parent were referred to Oswego County Family Court. 

On 2/9/11 at 12:11 p.m., Michael J. Gunther Jr., 21, of 157 Hanley Rd., Hannibal, NY was arrested for AUO, 3rd degree ( 2 suspensions on 2/9/11 for Failure to Answer Summons in T/O Minetto, 7/9/09 for Failure to Pay Driver’s Assessment Fee), Crossing Road Hazard Markings and Operating a MV w/o Inspection Sticker following a traffic stop on CR 8 in front of the Minetto Elementary School, in the Town of Minetto.  Mr. Gunther was released on UTT’s and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Minetto Court on 3/3/11. 

On 2/9/11 at 3:30 p.m., Anthony J. Brown, 19, of 274 Hazlehurst Ave., Syracuse, NY was arrested at the Onondaga County Jail in Syracuse based on an arrest warrant issued by Hon. Judge Kerfien, Town of Volney Court charging him with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 4th degree and Unauthorized Use of Vehicle, 2nd degree.  Mr. Brown was arraigned before Hon. Judge Aluzzi in the Town of Volney Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $2000.00 cash or $4000.00 bond with a return to court on 2/28/11. 

On 2/10/11 at 1:17 a.m., Joseph P. Allen, 33, of 8 Cochran St., Oswego, NY was arrested based on a bench warrant issued out of the Town of Hannibal Court charging him with AUO, 2nd degree; Registration Suspended; License Plate Violation; Failure to Notify Address Change and Improper Plates.  Mr. Allen was arraigned in Hannibal Town Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $100 cash or $200 bond and will answer the charges on 2/22/11 in court. 

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 9, MEDIA RELEASE:

On 1/29/11 at 10:22 a.m., Jessica M. Lee, 23, of PO Box 107, Richland, was operating a 1999 Chevrolet south on CR 41 in the Town of Richland when she was reportedly driving down a hill and curve where the vehicle hit some slush in the roadway causing her to lose control and go into a ditch resting on it’s side. Ms. Lee was taken by ambulance to Oswego Hospital.   

On 2/8/11 at 6:14 a.m., Scott A. Evanchof, 27, of 105 Water St., Binghamton, was arrested for AUO, 2nd degree (15 suspensions on 13 dates, 8/17/09 Persistent Violator,6/3/10 for Failure to Pay Driver Responsibility Assessment, 12/18/10 Pending Submission to Court-Out of State, 2/4/11 Pending Submission to Court, 12/21/09 Insurance Not in Effect,12/23/09 Uninsured Accident, 2 on 12/9/09 for Failure to Answer Summon, 10/31/09 for Failure to Answer Summons, 10/25/09 for Failure to Answer Summons, 10/11/09 for Failure to Answer Summons, 10/8/09 for Failure to Pay Fine, 9/20/09 for Failure to Answer Summons and 2 on 9/13/09 for Failure to Pay Fine) following a traffic stop on SR 13 in the Village of Pulaski initiated after his vehicle was observed by patrol to be operating with only one headlight during heavy snowfall.  Mr. Evanchof was arraigned by Hon. Judge Longo in Town of Sandy Creek Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $1000.00 cash or $2000.00 bond with a return to court date of 2/16/11. At the same traffic stop, a passenger in the vehicle, Joshua B. Gross, 32, of 105 Water St., Binghamton, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of Marihuana, 3rd degree, a class E felony when he was allegedly found to have 15.8 ounces of marihuana along with marijuana seeds, 2 pipes, and a scale. Mr. Gross was also arraigned in T/O Sandy Creek Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $2,000.00 cash or $5,000.00 bond with a return to court date of 2/16/11. 

On 2/8/11 at 1:18 p.m., David L. Florczyk, 32, of 18 Woodland Dr., Fulton, was issued a Criminal Summons out of the Town of Hannibal Court charging him with Trespass. Mr. Florczyk is scheduled to appear in Hannibal Town Court on 2/15/11.
 

TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 8, MEDIA RELEASE:

On 2/1/11 at 8:18 a.m., Michelle M. Gallo, 27, of 15 Hoyt Rd., Pennellville, was operating a 1998 Ford heading north on SR 481 in the Town of Schroeppel, behind a 2000 GMC being operated by Meghan G. Galvin, 22, of 12 Menayas Ct., Washingtonville, NY which had reportedly slowed for a snow plow and rear ended the GMC. Ms. Gallo was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Schroeppel Court on 2/16/11. 

On 2/7/11 at 3:22 p.m., Michael A. Scheuer, 23, of 9458 Chalkstone Cr., Brewerton, and Patrick J. Scheuer, 19, of 110 SR 49, Cleveland, N.Y., were arrested for Burglary, 3rd degree, a class D felony following the investigation into an incident in the Town of Constantia where they were caught in a residence allegedly attempting to remove items from the residence to sell them for scrap.  Both individuals were arraigned in the Town of Constantia Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $2,500.00 cash or $5,000.00 bond with a return to court date of 3/14/11. 

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 7, MEDIA RELEASE:

On 2/06/11 at 12:12 p.m., Wendy A. Richards, 44, of 630 Rowlee Road, Fulton, NY, was arrested for Promoting Contraband into Prison, Second Degree, a class A misdemeanor. Ms. Richards was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear before Oswego City Court on 2/15/11. She is accused of passing an object containing tobacco, matches, rolling papers, and provocative pictures to an inmate during visitation at the Oswego County Correctional Facility.

On 2/06/11 at 1:03 p.m., Rashon L. Adams, 32, of 213 W. Second St., Fulton, NY, was arrested for Possession of Prison Contraband, Second Degree, a class A misdemeanor, after he was found to be in possession of an object containing tobacco, matches, rolling papers, and provocative pictures that was passed to him during an inmate visitation session held at the Oswego County Correctional Facility. Mr. Adams was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Oswego City Court on 2/15/11.

On 2/05/11 at 5:15 a.m., Richard T. Kellar, 19, of 120 Gifford St., Syracuse, NY, was arrested for Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor, after he was accused of stealing two 30 packs of beer from the Wal-Mart store located in the Town of Granby. Mr. Kellar was released on an appearance ticket and will answer the charge before Town of Granby Court on 2/21/11.

On 2/05/11 at 8:30 p.m., Adam V. Beshures, 45, of 205 Middle Road, Lot 34, Oswego, NY, was arrested for Assault, Third Degree, a class A misdemeanor, after being accused of causing physical injury to a victim during a domestic incident. Mr. Beshures was arraigned before Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bail bond. He is scheduled to reappear in court on 2/10/11. 

On 2/05/11, Steven A. Taylor, 28, of 194 CR 41A, Pulaski, NY, was operating a 2006 Chevrolet pickup truck northbound on I-81 in the Town of Parish at 11:11 p.m. when he reportedly lost control .15 of a mile north of Exit 34 (Mexico). Mr. Taylor reportedly proceeded to turn around 360 degrees and struck a snow bank located on the east side of the roadway with the left side of his vehicle before coming to rest. Unsafe speed and slippery pavement appear to have been contributing factors in the incident. Road conditions were reported as being covered with snow and ice at the time. Mr. Taylor was ticketed for Speed Not Reasonable and Prudent as well as No Inspection Certificate.

On 2/01/11 at 2:09 p.m., Jessica N. Horrell, 30, of 411 Lionel Ave., Solvay, NY, was charged with No Inspection Certificate and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Third Degree, following a traffic stop on SR 3 in the Town of Hannibal. Ms. Horrell was issued tickets and released to a third party. She is scheduled to answer the charges before Town of Hannibal Court on 2/15/11.

On 2/04/11 at 7:18 a.m., Christopher R. Baker, 23, of 208 Phillips St., Fulton, NY, was arrested based on a felony bench warrant issued by the Hon. Walter Hafner, Oswego County Court. The warrant was revealed during an unrelated traffic stop that took place at the intersection of E. First Street and Broadway in the City of Fulton. Mr. Baker was arraigned by the Hon. James Metcalf and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bail bond. He is scheduled to answer the warrant 
charges before Oswego County Court on 2/24/11.

On 2/04/11, Robert E. Kaminski, 50, of 435 CR 30, Williamstown, NY, was operating a 2006 Pontiac traveling southbound on Railroad Street in the Town of Parish at 6:39 p.m. when he reportedly stopped at the stop sign at SR 69, then continued into the intersection, into the path of a 1984 Honda traveling westbound on SR 69 and driven by Christopher A. Kranz, 26, of 426 Chapman Road, Parish, NY, causing the vehicles to collide. Kourtney LaValley, a passenger in the Kaminski vehicle, was transported by ambulance to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse. Tiffany S. Waite, 20, a passenger in the Kranz vehicle, was transported by ambulance to the Oswego Hospital. Failure to yield the right of way and view obstruction appear to have been contributing factors. Noted was a high snow bank at the intersection. 
On 2/04/11 at 11:07 p.m., Scott M. Spohn, 35, of 318 Utica St., Fulton, NY, was charged with Inadequate Lighting (one illuminated headlight) and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Second Degree (license suspended on six dates), following a traffic stop initiated on SR 48 in the Town of Granby. Mr. Spohn was arraigned before the Hon. Edwin Winkworth, Town of Granby Court, and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to return to court on 3/07/11.

On 1/31/11 at 3:26 a.m., Rebecca L. Murray, 34, of 64 Potter Rd., West Monroe, NY was arrested for AUO, 3rd degree( Failure to Answer Summons on 9/28/2010 in T/O West Monroe) and Operating MV w/o One Hand on Wheel stemming from the investigation into a personal injury mva on Smith Rd. in the Town of West Monroe in which she was traveling east and reportedly reached to answer cell phone lost control causing the 2000 Ford to rollover.

On 2/3/11 at 8:18 p.m., Timothy J. Bristol, 32, of 111 W Bridge, Oswego, was arrested for AUO, 3rd degree(suspended for Failure to Pay Fine in T/O Mountmore in Livingston County) and Insufficient Tail Lamps following a traffic stop on SR 104 in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Bristol was issued UTT’s, returnable to the T/O New Haven Court on 3/3/11.

On 2/3/11 at 9:13 p.m., Matthew A. Foster, 26, of 528 South Main St., Central Square, was issued a Criminal Summons charging him with Harassment, second-degree out of the Town of Constantia Court stemming from an incident on 1/16/11. Mr. Foster is scheduled to appear in court on 2/7/11. 

On 2/3/11 at 8:25 p.m., Constance E. Sweeting, 36, of 1580 SR 69 Bldg21, West Monroe, NY was arrested for AUO, third-degree (suspended on 12/26/09 and 3/13/09 for Failure to Answer Summons in C/O Syracuse) and Sub-Standard Lights following a traffic stop on SR 69 in the Town of Amboy. Ms. Sweeting was issued UTT’s, returnable to the T/O Amboy Court on 2/15/11.
