Police Blotter Report, Arrests:

Robert E. Moore, 26, of 24 Bridge St., West Carthage, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies at 2:40 a.m. Saturday on Route 126 in the town of Champion with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and driving across hazard markings. His blood alcohol content was 0.13, deputies said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. He is summoned to appear Feb. 2 in Champion Town Court.

Crystal L. Seymour, 46, of 227 Stone St., Apt. 4, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:04 a.m. Saturday at her residence with disorderly conduct. Police allege she yelled during a domestic incident which disturbed a neighbor. She was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Saturday morning in town of Watertown Court.

Leslie A. Gilbo, 22, of 377 W. Main St., Apt. 1, Watertown, was charged Friday afternoon by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies with petit larceny. She is accused of shoplifting $19.99 worth of children's clothing at Burlington Coat Factory in the Salmon Run Mall at 3:54 p.m. Friday, deputies said. She is summoned to appear Feb. 2 in town of Watertown Court.  

Adrian A. Gordon, 34, of 422 College Heights, Apt. 4, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:14 p.m. Friday at his residence with second-degree harassment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child following a domestic incident. Police said Mr. Gordon forced his way into the apartment by breaking a chain lock off from the door frame and then punched his wife, Shaunda M. Gordon, in her head above her right eye while she was holding a 2-year-old girl at about 7:40 p.m. in their home. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Saturday morning in town of Watertown Court.

Seth D. Cummings, 21, Jillian J. Drake, 20, and Trug Quoc Nguyen, 28, all of 136 N. Meadow St., Apt. B, were each charged by Watertown police at 1:40 a.m. Friday at their residence with criminal nuisance and first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child. All three are accused of allowing a 16-year-old to consume alcohol in their residence after police observed the youth holding a can of beer, according to court documents. They are summoned to appear Feb. 14 in City Court.

Joshua P. June, 25, of 609 Cooper St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:09 a.m. Friday at 232 W. Main St. with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no inspection. He is summoned to appear Feb. 8 in City Court.  

William B.B. King, 24, of 232 W. Main St., Apt. 31B, Watertown, was arrested on a bench warrant at 6:18 p.m. Friday at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, according to the Watertown Police Department. He is summoned to appear Jan. 30 in City Court. 

Ryan N. George, 45, of 29771 Burnup Road, Black River, was arrested at 3:28 p.m. Friday at 819 W. Main St. on a violation of probation warrant issued by City Court, according to the Watertown Police Department. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Saturday morning in town of Watertown Court.
